We are not a law firm, and the content of our courses is educational only; it should not be construed as legal advice. The instructors and teachers for each course may vary and are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the organization. Segam only provides the space and platform for courses to be taught on behalf of the institute; however, the content, methodology, and performance of each class are the sole responsibility of the instructors. The organization assumes no responsibility for opinions, interpretations, practices, or activities carried out by professors during the courses, nor for any breaches of their contracts or professional obligations.<\/p>\n

Payments for our courses are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly provided in the rescheduling or cancellation policy communicated at the time of purchase. Upon completion of the course, a certificate issued by our organization will be provided; this certificate does not constitute official accreditation issued by state or federal agencies. It is the student’s responsibility to research and comply with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements for offering services, opening a business, or completing forms in their jurisdiction.<\/p>\n
